I will not work with anyone under the age of 15.
You must be 18+ to order NSFW art, I will ask to see an ID.

As a customer, I expect you to only use money that is rightly yours. I will not be held liable for money that is given to me without the account holder's permission.

Do not rush or harass me. You are welcome to check in and ask for updates; I send progress shots by default. But asking me multiple times a day, every day, how the artwork is progressing is excessive and only stresses me out.

• If you need your work completed on a deadline, please make that clear upfront. I am more than happy to work around it if you let me know before I start. 

• A rush fee may apply for extremely tight deadlines.

Payment
I accept payment in USD through Paypal's Goods&Services. Unless discussed ahead of time, I do not accept trades or DA points.
I prefer payment in full, but can accept it in halves.

• I will only complete a sketch until I receive full payment.

• Progress shots will be watermarked and labelled "unpaid" as needed.

I do offer refunds. You will only receive a full refund if I have not yet started on your commission.

• If you request a refund after I've made progress, you will only receive a partial refund in accordance to how much progress I have made.

• Once a refund has been given, I retain rights to the unfinished artwork, and may alter it to sell as a YCH (your character here).

If I am unable to complete your commission due to my own faults, you will receive a full refund as well as the progress I was able to make (if any).

Chargebacks are not an acceptable way to force a refund, especially after receiving the completed artwork. Doing so will result in a blacklist, and I will dispute the claim. G&S is for your protection, not your exploitation.

Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee, along with commissions for commercial use (logos, merchandise designs, etc).

Usage

Once your order is complete, you're welcome to use and repost. 
You are only given rights to your own commission; if it isn't yours, you may not use it without my or the buyer's permission. 

You must clearly credit me when you repost.

• "Credit to Artist" is not acceptable.

• You can link/@ to any one of my social medias directly, or mention "Foxxbreath".

The buyer will receive an unwatermarked version of the drawing, but my signature will remain. You may not edit out my signature or intentionally crop it out to obscure credit.​

• Cropping for icon use is okay.

• You may resize the image.

• Editing (such as color filters) are fine within moderation.

I reserve the right to use your commission to further advertise my work, and to post across my social media platforms.
I am willing to take "private" commissions, which will not be posted publicly, if you are uncomfortable with the work being shared for some reason. 

 

You may not copy, trace, or heavily reference my artwork. You may not claim it as your own creation. You may draw inspiration from the general themes of my art.

You may not resell my artwork, or use it for profit.

• You can include my art alongside a character being sold, of course.

• Making pins, stickers, prints, etc of my work without my permission isn't allowed.

I don't draw humanoids

If you commission art of someone else's character, they receive the rights to the artwork as well.

I can draw fanart with or without your OC included.

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the above terms; you are paying for a service and entering a contract, which is for both our protections. An electronic signature, such as the example below, may be requested;
"I, (name), have read and agreed to the Terms of Service."
