By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms listed below.

Violation of these terms may result in a cancellation of your commission without a refund, and/or refusal to work with you in the future.
Ignorance of the terms is not an excuse to not follow them.

I refuse the right to deny a commission request for any reason.

​

I will not work with anyone under the age of 15. (18 for NSFW work)
As a customer, I expect you to only use money that is rightly yours. I will not be held liable for money that is given to me by a child without the parent's permission.

Do not rush or harass me. Unless we have a predetermined and previously discussed/agreed upon deadline, my turnaround time can vary from a week to a month. I will check in and send updates as I have them.

My prices are firm unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal or Venmo in USD($), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

I prefer payment in full. Partial payments may be accepted under the following conditions;

• I require no less than 30% of the total price upfront.

• I will only complete a sketch until I receive 50% of the total price.

• I will not send the completed, full resolution artwork to you until I have received the full payment.

• All previews and progress shots will be clearly watermarked until I have been fully paid.

You are welcome to pay in halves as well.​

I do offer refunds. If I have not yet started your piece, you will receive a full refund. If I had started, you will receive a partial refund based on how much progress I have made.

If for some reason I am unable to complete a commission due to my own faults, you will be fully refunded and receive the work I did complete.

If you request a refund, I reserve the right to keep and alter the drawing and sell it as a Your Character Here (YCH) piece elsewhere.

Usage

I require clear credit in some form wherever my work is shared or reposted, A link, shoutout by name, etc will suffice. See my contact page for all social media tags.

"Credit to Artist" is not acceptable.

You are not authorized to edit my work without my direct permission, or to tamper with the signature/watermark.

• You may resize the image

• You may crop images within reason, depending on your intended use. Cropping my signature out to avoid crediting me is unacceptable. Icon cropping OK.

If you did not pay for a piece, you are not authorized to repost it or use it without my or the buyer's permission.

You may not copy, trace, heavily reference, or claim my artwork as your own.

• You may draw light inspirations from my work, however.

Reselling of my artwork isn't permitted. The only exception is if the character pictures is being sold, then the art goes with it.​
Profiting off work not intended for it (such as pin or sticker designs) is not allowed.

As a buyer, you have permission to use your own commission on your social media pages, as profile pictures, in forum signatures, etc.

I will draw most subjects for most purposes. Here is a list of things I commonly draw:

• SFW and NSFW

• Gore

• Feral Animals

• Anthropomorphic Animals

• Competition Art (Must be turned over to winner when applicable, deadline may be discussed)

• Gifts for Friends/Family

• Concept Art/Illustrations

• Fandom inspired Scenes/Dressed Characters

• Pets

• Open and Closed Original Species

I will not draw fanart of copyrighted characters unless it's a scene also including a original character of your own. I am picky about drawing humans. If you are unsure of my abilities and limits, please ask!

Don't falsely claim a character as your own when commissiong me.
